Do you accept pets?

We accept small pets*, but it is not possible to let them access the breakfast room.

*There is a supplement of €25 per stay

Are there steps in the rooms or corridors?

In some of the rooms there are steps. There are also steps in some places in the corridors. Please, if you have special requests contact us.

What time can I enter the room on the day of my arrival?

The entrance to the room is guaranteed from 14:00 onwards. If you arrive earlier let us know and we will do our best to anticipate your entry into the room. Otherwise you can use our luggage storage and come back at your convenience later.

Until what time can I keep the room on the day of departure?

We are one of the few hotels that leaves your room until 12:00. However, if you are leaving later and you want to take another tour of Florence, you can leave your luggage with us and come back to pick them up when it suits you.

Can i leave my luggage?

Of course! We have a free 24-hour luggage storage service available for you.

Where is the Machiavelli RoofTop located?

The RoofTop Machiavelli is located in our sister hotel "Machiavelli Palace" which is located in via Nazionale n ° 10 and we are in via Nazionale n ° 12.

Where can I park the car?

You can park your car for a fee at Garage Sant'Antonino. We always have places available and you won't have to reserve your place in advance. You can use the car collection and return service simply by asking the reception who will call the garage for you. The garage is located in the Limited Traffic Zone and will download the license plate on the portal of the municipality of Florence upon your arrival. There is no need to communicate the license plate first.

Is the parking free or paid?

Parking is subject to charges. The Sant'Antonino Garage has a daily cost that varies from 30 to 50 euros for 24 hours (depending on the car model) with collection and delivery service included in the price. To find out the exact rate, call the Garage Sant'Antonino on +39 055 210490.

Is the hotel in the ZTL?

No, we are not in the limited traffic area. You will be able to reach the hotel without worries.

Does my room have a shower or a bathtub?

Our rooms can have both a shower and a bathtub. Write to us to express your preference.

Does my room have an internal or external view?

Our rooms can have both an internal and external view. Write to us to express your preference.

Is my room the one I see in the picture?

We are in a historic building and our 67 rooms are all different from each other and therefore we cannot guarantee it. The photo you see on the site faithfully represent the typology of room. Your room will have the same services and features as the type you have chosen.

Can I have separate beds in my room?

Yes, except for the "Small Room French Bed" typology which includes only one French bed.

Is breakfast included in my booking?

When you book the room you can decide to also have breakfast included in the price. If you have chosen the room-only rate, you can also add breakfast at a later time with a surcharge of € 15 per person.
