I stayed at this property for a business weekend in Florence. Before arriving I looked at the reviews and was terrified after reading the many criticisms! Starting from the staff, all very kind and helpful in everything with a really pleasant welcome. Our room, a triple room, was very clean, with air conditioning and therefore very cool in these days of extreme temperatures! The bathroom was large and spotless. I have absolutely not found dirt or rubbish as read in some reviews. The lobby has a very nice and welcoming waiting room. My opinion on this structure is very positive.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights in August. It is an elegant structure, with comfortable rooms, very kind staff, good and plentiful breakfast. The location is excellent: a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station, it is located in the area of ​​the beautiful general markets, where you can also have lunch and dinner with a wide choice and at reasonable prices, very close to the church of San Lorenzo and the Medici chapels, as well as a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Good value for money, even considering that it is a four-star hotel. I advise.
